The Posing Locker is Victoria’s leading posing studio — a space built on love, support and expert education for both male and female athletes. With over two decades in the industry, Donna brings unmatched experience and a deep passion for elevating stage presentation. Her expert guidance transforms competitors from good to unforgettable, empowering them to own the stage with confidence.
Donna’s journey began with a love for performing — from dancing and singing at an early age to teaching aerobics for over 10 years. That passion evolved into a competitive career that started in 2003 in the Figure division. Since then, she has proudly competed across more than five federations including ANB, FMG, ICN, IFBB and INBA, stepping on stage in Bikini, Figure and Fitness categories.
Donna is an FMG Pro Athlete and is one of the most experienced competitors in Australia — a testament to her dedication, longevity and the message she champions: age should never limit ambition.

She is deeply passionate about coaching and empowering athletes, always making them feel confident that they absolutely can achieve their goals. Donna has unwavering faith in each competitor’s potential and genuinely believes in their ability to shine on stage and beyond.
In addition to her extensive competing background, Donna brings over two decades of hands-on experience across every facet of the bodybuilding world. She has worn many hats in the industry — from MCing major shows, presenting trophies and supporting athletes backstage, to being a regular face at countless events over the past 21 years.
Beyond posing, Donna is also the proud owner of Tan Out of Tan — Melbourne’s longest-standing and leading competition tanning team. Trusted by prep coaches and elite athletes alike, her team is renowned for delivering flawless, stage-ready tans that elevate presentation and performance.
With professional athletes across all major federations under her guidance, Donna’s insight, reputation and holistic approach make her one of the most valuable and respected coaches in the industry.

Ty brings a vibrant energy and a fresh, relatable perspective to The Posing Locker. Fully trained under Donna’s guidance and extensively educated in the structure and detail that defines The Posing Locker method, Ty understands exactly what’s needed to transform a beginner into a confident, stage-ready athlete.
Ty works closely with first-time bikini, fitness, sports, swimsuit, wellness athletes across a range of federations including ANB, ICN, MS Fitness, NBA, OCB, and WNBF.
Ty is a valued posing coach who has successfully guided athletes to earn their Pro status. She's known for her calm and reassuring approach - creating a supportive space where athletes feel seen, prepared and empowered.
